Ooh So Sisterly honors all returns and exchanges based on the condition of the returned inventory. Each item is thoroughly assessed by the OSS team and if deemed as like new, can be returned or exchanged. If the items are deemed like new, there will be no charge for shipping. Damaged or worn items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Ooh So Sisterly will not honor a used, return item that fails to fit or is the wrong size. However, OSS will honor an exchange for these items if it meets the expectations as stated above.
Customers will have 7 days to exchange or return an item. After 7 days, items will not be eligible for exchange or return. Instead, a store credit will be issued out to the customer to be used ONCE in the OSS shop.
All exchanges must be returned at the customer’s expense; however, Ooh So Sisterly will pay for the shipping of a new product during an exchange. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org regarding all returns and exchanges.
