Pre-Orders

All apparel and merchandise purchased from Ooh So Sisterly, LLC is categorized as a “pre-order” purchase. Pre-orders are processed in 7-15 business days, excluding Fridays after 5pm, weekend days of Saturday and Sunday, and Federal United States observed holidays.

Orders are shipped in 1-3 business days, in addition to processing time. Standard shipping with USPS is the preferred shipping method for all orders of Ooh So Sisterly, LLC. All USPS orders are accompanied by a complimentary tracking number to monitor the status of packages and are scanned for quality assurance purposes to ensure efficiency.

For exchanges, items will be processed during the next pre-order cycle and shipped to existing customer within 1-3 business days.
